Our Staging Options
Room Services can work separately or side by side with the client or realtor to prepare the house. The length of time required depends on the condition of the house and what the client wants the final product to look like. The house should be cleaned, painted, and repaired. The last step of the process is the staging before the house is photographed and put on the market for sale. We offer three options depending on the budget for each project.
Option 1 for Furnished House
Room Services consultation provides the client with an action plan. Two hour consult with client at the hourly rate of $65.00. This is cost effective for a DIY client to do their own staging.
Option 2 for Furnished House
Room services will work hourly to provide hands-on staging of clients existing furnishings, including moving furniture, hanging (or taking down) art and decluttering. A Designer and Assistant stages the house at the hourly rate of $65.00. Depending on the condition of the house it could take from 2—8 hours. (Cleaning Services are not included
