Our Story
We saw the incredible Matterport™ technology used in California and were very impressed. We want to bring this product, along with our staging and construction experience, to this area to provide a one stop seamless service for Contractors and Real Estate professionals.
Meet the Team
Sandy Simmons and Keith Flannagan started Room Services in June 2017 to serve the Richmond and Charlottesville areas with the best real estate photography and staging. Using the best technology and years of experience our customers enjoy first class service and a personal touch.
Sandra Simmons
Founder & CEO
With over 30 years’ experience in the design industry, Sandra has a passion for all things design. Her areas of expertise include Space Planning for commercial corporations, hospitality and residential design.
“Home staging allows me to use many of the skills I’ve learned over the years as a designer. I am extremely budget and deadline oriented. The goal is to make a property show off its best attributes when it goes on the market. I want prospective buyers to walk away from a property I staged and say, ‘I want to live there!’” Helping my clients maximize their property's potential is my major concern. At room services, the priority is superior customer service with emphasis on quality and attention to detail.
Sandra was born and raised in Palm Beach, FL, spent ten years in Hartford, CT. and now resides in Maidens, VA. She is an avid furniture restorer, jewelry designer, gardener and thrift store enthusiast.
Keith Flannagan
Vice President
Keith Flannagan is from Pensacola, Florida. After an Air Force tour, he attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Building Construction. He earned his MBA in 2005 from Virginia Commonwealth University. Keith has been in construction of one sort or another and related businesses for 40 years and taught construction related courses at the college level for 10 years. Keith brings his vast experience in all types and phases of construction to Room Services to support our customers with model homes, vacation rentals, apartment marketing preconstruction and progress documents, as built and post construction documents, insurance claims, and many other construction related needs.
Currently, Keith lives in Maidens, Virginia.
